Hudson Discovery Group, LLC provides surplus/overage funds recovery services.
We assist clients in:

• Identifying potential surplus funds owed
• Navigating claim requirements
• Preparing necessary documents
• Coordinating with legal professionals when required
• Communicating with government agencies and courts

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. We do consult with our attorneys on cases on an as needed basis. 

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Sign required authorizations, contracts, or      assignment forms
• Communicate promptly regarding documentation and      deadlines

Failure to do so may affect your eligibility to recover funds.

Fees

Our fees and compensation structure will be disclosed and mutually agreed to clearly in writing before any work begins.
Fees are contingent based on successfully recovering surplus funds. Absolutely no fees are charged up front.
